Pepperoni Pizza Dip
- 1 packages Pepperoni
- 1/4 lb Genoa Salami
- 1 packages Cream Cheese
- 3 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb White American Cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 can Whole tomatoes
- Mix all cheese and milk in small crock pot.
- Chop pepperoni and salami into small bits.
- Saute pepperoni and salami till mostly crispy.
- Dump into cheese mixture.
- Strain grease if you desire.
- Deglaze pan with 1 can of whole tomatoes.
- Use only tomatoes.
- Reduce to consistency of thick salsa.
- Add reduced tomatoes to cheese and heat until smooth.
