Chhaach
- 2 tablespoons curds or 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 34 glass water
- 1 pinch salt
- whisk the curds well.
- add the water and salt and whisk well.
- serve cold.
- note:.
- you can add a tempering of mustard seeds, chopped onions, ginger, green chillies and cilantro in half a teaspoon of oil or clarified butter to make the drink more festive, spicy and interesting.
