Chhaach

  1. whisk the curds well.
  2. add the water and salt and whisk well.

  5. you can add a tempering of mustard seeds, chopped onions, ginger, green chillies and cilantro in half a teaspoon of oil or clarified butter to make the drink more festive, spicy and interesting.
