Perfect Turkey Gravy

• 1 (1 ounce) packet turkey gravy mix
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 12 cups cold water
• 12 cup turkey pan drippings or 12 cup broth
• 12 cup cooked chopped turkey giblets

1. Combine Turkey Mix and flour in a medium saucepan.
2. using a wisk, gradually stir in water, turkey drippings and turkey giblets.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionaluu.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until thick.
