Smokey Gouda Bow Ties And Cheese

  1. Boil pasta as directed on package in salty water.
  2. Drain
  3. In a sauce pan melt butter on medium then add flour and cook together for a minute.
  4. Add milk and whisk.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add cream cheese and stir til melted.
  7. Add rest of cheeses and seasonings and stir til melted
  8. Pour cheese sauce over drained pasta and combine.
  9. If necessary, add more milk to loosen.
  10. Eat up!
