Smokey Gouda Bow Ties And Cheese
- 1 1/2 lb Pasta of choice, I used bow ties
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded smoked gouda
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded American cheese
- 1 Salt & pepper
- 1 dash Cayenne pepper
- Boil pasta as directed on package in salty water.
- Drain
- In a sauce pan melt butter on medium then add flour and cook together for a minute.
- Add milk and whisk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add cream cheese and stir til melted.
- Add rest of cheeses and seasonings and stir til melted
- Pour cheese sauce over drained pasta and combine.
- If necessary, add more milk to loosen.
- Eat up!
