Easy Micro Lasagna Recipe

  1. Brown and drain grnd beef.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
  3. In separate container combine ricotta, egg and pepper.
  4. In oblong baking dish spoon 1/2 c. sauce, alternate layers of 4 lasagna noodles, egg mix, 1/2 of 8 oz package mozzarella cheese and sauce.
  5. Repeat layers with 4 more noodles, rest of egg mix, last of package of cheese and sauce.
  6. Heat covered with plastic wrap at high 8 min and then 50% for 30-32 min.
  7. Top with 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese.
  8. Let stand covered 15 min before serving.
