*Easy Delicious and Addictive! Tuna & Cucumber*

  1. Roughly chop the cucumbers (I recommend rough chopping, they keep their fresh and crisp texture this way).
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  3. If you want a spicy kick, add ra-yu chili oil or Tabasco.
  4. You can eat it straight away, but if you chill if for a while in the fridge, the flavours will penetrate the cucumber better.
