El Floridita Daiquiri
- 2 ounces white rum (Matusalem Platino, Appleton White or Brugal White are all fine choices)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 3/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar, optional
- The original was made in a blender with crushed ice, but shaken and strained into a chilled cocktail glass works nicely.
- Garnish with a wheel of lime.
