Spicy Tuna Poke Sandwich
- 2 pounds ahi, diced
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup crabmeat
- Aloha Shoyu, to taste
- 1 bottle shichimi pepper, to taste
- Sambal, to taste
- Sesame oil, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- Taro rolls (recommended: Ani's Bakery)
- Micro greens, for garnish, optional
- In a mixing bowl, combine ahi, onion, green onion and crabmeat with shoyu, shichimi, sambal, to taste, and sesame oil.
- Fold in mayonnaise and mix until combined well.
- Chill mixture until ready to use.
- To serve, place poke mixture in taro roll topped with micro greens of your choice.
