Cantaloupe and Strawberry Streusel

  1. Adjust the oven rack 8 to 10" below the broiler element.
  2. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Spread fruit in bottom of a two-quart gratin pan and sprinkle with orange juice.
  4. Spread yogurt evenly over fruit in a thin layer.
  5. In a food processor fitted with metal blade, add crumbs, sugar and flour.
  6. Pulse two to three times.
  7. Add butter and pulse until the consistency of coarse meal.
  8. Add nuts and pulse once.
  9. Sprinkle over yogurt.
  10. Place under broiler for about 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
  11. Watch carefully because topping burns easily.
  12. Serve immediately with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
