Macrobiotic Pound Cake
- 150 grams Whole wheat flour
- 50 grams Raw cane sugar, beet sugar, or other natural sweetener
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 150 ml Soy milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Dried fruit
- To prepare: Mince the dried fruits.
- Mash the banana till it becomes paste-like.
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix together well with a whisk.
- Add the soy milk to the dry ingredients, then mix in the dried fruit and banana.
- Pour the batter into a pan and bake in a oven for 35 minutes at 180C.
- Once it's done, be sure to leave it in the mold and cover it with plastic wrap.
- After the pound cake has thoroughly cooled, take it out of the mold and slice it.
