Fennel and Orange Salad - Detox

• 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
• 1 fennel bulb, sliced thin
• 1 red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings
• 1 orange, juice of
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1. Arrange the orange slices in bottom of shallow dish.
2. Place layer of fennel on top of oranges.
3. Place layer of onion.
4. Mix orange juice with vinegar and drizzle on salad.
