Vi's Easy Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Stir together well the rhubarb, sugar and strawberry Jell-O.
  3. Put in a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly and top the rhubarb mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden and the rhubarb is tender.
