Peppered Citrus Pork Chops

  1. Beat egg and milk in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
  2. Mix dressing mix, flour and pepper in separate shallow dish or pie plate.
  3. Dip chops in egg mixture, then in dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add chops; cover.
  6. Cook 6 min.
  7. ; uncover.
  8. Continue cooking 5 min.
  9. on each side or until chops are cooked through (160F).
  10. Drizzle with the lime juice.
