ITALIAN RESTURAUNT BREAD DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano...dried...... 1 tsp fresh
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 3 clove garlic finely minced
- 1/4 cup ollive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- 1 loaf french or italian bread
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter... i like to use the herbal butter from my profile
- I lay my loaf of bread on aluminium foil...
- I paint my loaf of bread with the melted butter...
- wrap bread in aluminium foil put it on a cookie sheet and place in oven at 250 ... just enough to get it warm and soft....
- while bread is in oven ....... in oil container put all the ingredients for dipping sauce in bottle and shake Well to mix....
- when your ready to serve.

- I was able to get shallow soy sauce dishes at my international market... pour oil mixture into dish
- remove bread from oven .... open but leave surrounded by aluminium foil and cut bread on the diagonal..
- **** I love this a vinaigrette salad, baked Ziti, most Italian dishes, etc....
