Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 6 med. potatoes
- 3 med. onions
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown pork chops.
- Slice potatoes and place in bottom of lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
- Slice onions and place on top of potatoes.
- Place pork chops on top of which.
- Salt and pepper and spread can of undiluted soup over top.
- Cover and bake for 45 min at 400 degrees.
- (If you use boneless porkchops, it is good the next day, too!)
