Creamy Pastas Undone
- 1 lb meat (boneless & skinless chicken, sirloin steak, canned drained tuna or make it meatless)
- oil
- 4 servings vegetables (1 handful per person, spinach, mushrooms & onions, green beans with tomatoes & black olives, or broc)
- 8 ounces philadelphia spreadable cream cheese (regular & dash of nutmeg, herb & garlic, light & dashg of thyme, or garden vegetable)
- 1 cup milk
- 4 servings pasta, cooked (favorite)
- parmesan cheese (Shredded Mozzarella recommended)
- Brown in skillet sliced meat of choice in a little oil.
- Add veggies of choice.
- Add cream cheese with suggested add-ins with milk to skillet; cook until hot and bubbly.
- Serve over pasta and top with a few handfuls of mozzarella.
- Note: If using tuna add tuna after stirring in the Philly and milk, as it only needs a few minutes to warm up!
