Crunchy Peanut Muesli

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until ingredients are combined.
  3. Place oats, cornflakes, seeds and coconut in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in peanut-honey mixture and coat evenly.
  5. Spread the cereal over a large baking tray and bake at 170C for 20-30 minutes or until grains are golden browned.
  6. Stirring muesli frequently during cooking.
  7. Remove and allow to cool, stir in fruit.
