Crunchy Peanut Muesli
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Super Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 5 1/2 cups (500g) rolled oats
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups chopped dried fruit (raisins, dried apples, pears and apricots)
- Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until ingredients are combined.
- Place oats, cornflakes, seeds and coconut in a large bowl.
- Stir in peanut-honey mixture and coat evenly.
- Spread the cereal over a large baking tray and bake at 170C for 20-30 minutes or until grains are golden browned.
- Stirring muesli frequently during cooking.
- Remove and allow to cool, stir in fruit.
