Cheeseburger Roll Up
- 6 strips Cooked Bacon
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Chopped Onion, Small
- 1 can (about 14 Oz.) Refigerated Pizza Dough
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper

- Prepare bacon so that its still bendable (or cheat and buy the precooked stuff, like me).
- 2.
- Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
- 3.
- Combine cooked ground beef and onion with BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.
- (Feel free to mix up the sauce to your liking.
- I change the amounts depending on how Im feeling that day.)
- 4.
- Roll out pizza dough on a greased jelly roll pan.
- 5.
- Spread the beef mixture over the dough, leaving space around all the edges.
- 6.
- Stagger bacon strips across the surface.
- 7.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Lots of it.
- 8.
- Roll dough lengthwise (so its a long tube when done).
- 9.
- Bake at the recommended temperature for pizza dough for 17-20 minutes.
- 10.
- Slice and serve!
