Mexican Crock Pot Chicken

  1. Layerbchicken in the bottom of crock pot.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order written.
  3. Do not stir.
  4. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
  5. Take out the chicken and shred.
  6. Return the chicken to the crock pot and stir well.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or on a flour tortilla.
  8. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese if desired.
