Namul-style Broccoli with Mayonnaise and Fish Sauce

  1. Cook the broccoli with your preferred method.
  2. Divide into small florets and cut up the stems (or omit them).
  3. Combine the dressing.
  4. Toss the broccoli with the dressing and it's done.
  5. You can use kimchi seasoning, mentsuyu, or just salt and pepper instead of the fish sauce.
