Italian Sausage and Red Grapes

  1. Parboil hot sausage for 10 minutes.
  2. Add grapes and balsamic vinegar to an oval baking dish.
  3. Place sausages atop grapes.
  4. Bake at highest oven setting for 8 minutes; turn and bake another 8 minutes.
  5. After sausages are browned, remove from oven.
  6. Mash some of the grapes and heat with pan juices until boiling.
  7. Add butter and whisk into a sauce.
  8. Serve sausages with sauce and mashed potatoes.
