Easy Chicken Alfredo-Pasta Skillet
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups campanelle pasta, cooked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min.
- Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning and pasta; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese.
- Cover; let stand 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
