Scollap Potatoes
- 4 large potatoes sliced,with or without skin.
- 1 carton of cream or about 3 to 400ml
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 cup Grated tasty cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Onion finely sliced(optional)
- 2 slice of bacon(optional)
- Wash and peel potatoes and slice into oven proof dish.Add bacon and onion finely chopped,
- Sprinkle cheese over and pour on cream to desired amount,season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a moderate oven,180c or 350f,bit less for fan forced ovens.Cook until potatoes are tender and browned on top.
