BLT Gaucamole
- 3 strips Bacon
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Slicer Tomato, Chopped
- 2 pieces Crunchy Lettuce (such As Romaine), Chopped
- 1.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium high heat until its nice and crispy.
- Place the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels.
- When cool, crumble into small pieces.

- Remove avocado from outer shell.
- In a medium bowl, use a fork to smash avocado flesh.
- Smash until you reach desired consistency (we prefer ours a little on the chunky side).
- Stir in lime juice and salt.
- 3.
- Add cilantro, bacon, chopped tomato, and leaf lettuce and mix together.
- Serve with tortilla chips or hunks of crusty bread.
