Cheesy and Delicious Natto and Cheese in Aburaage
- 2 packs Natto
- 10 cm Japanese leek
- 1 as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
- 2 pieces Aburaage
- Combine the sauce (and the mustard if desired) that comes with the natto package, chopped Japanese leek and natto.
- Cut the aburaage in half (blanch the aburaage if you prefer).
- Pack the natto mixture and the cheese in the aburaage.
- Secure the opening with a toothpick.
- It tastes better with a lot of cheese.
- Pan-fry them in a skillet until browned and the cheese is melted and done Enjoy it while the cheese is still melting!
