Aubergine Parsnip Delight Recipe
- 1 x Aubergine
- 1 x Parsnip
- Wash aubergine and parsnip.
- Slice aubergine across the width in 1/2 inch segments.
- Throw away stem.
- Slice parsnip across the width in 3/8 inch segments.
- Throw away stem.
- Arrange aubergine slices on nonstick baking pan or possibly dish.
- Arrange parsnip slices proportionately across top of aubergine slices.
- Add in no oil (fatfree).
- Add in no sugars (diabetic free).
- Add in no salt (hypertension free).
- Add in modest amounts of whatever leafy spice you feel might improve flavor, if you like.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till product is of desired texture (adding a small amount of distilled water and covering dish while cooking might help).
- Serves undetermined number of masochists for an undetermined number of days or possibly weeks.
