Meatloaf(Dec, 1995)
- 1 1/2 each beef
- 1 large onions
- 1 each garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup beef stock prefer veal stock if possible
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
- 23 cup oatmeal
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 1 x vegetable oil for pan
- Process beef, onion, garlic, herbs and spices.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine.
- Oil a loafpan and place mixture.
- Bake in preheated 450 oven 15 mins.
- Turn down heat, continue baking another 35 mins.
- May be done in the microwave too.
