Grilled Chicken & Spinach-Ranch Salad
- 6 qt. baby spinach leaves
- 3 qt. grilled chicken breast strips
- 1-1/2 qt. English cucumbers, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 cups red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cups Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 3 cups feta cheese, crumbled
- For each serving: Combine 1-1/2 oz.
- (45 g) spinach, 3 oz.
- (85 g) chicken, 1-1/4 oz.
- (35 g) cucumbers, 3/4 oz.
- (20 g) mushrooms, 1/3 oz.
- (10 g) onions and 1 fl oz (30 g) dressing.
- Plate salad; sprinkle with 1 oz.
- (30 g) cheese.
