Grilled Chicken & Spinach-Ranch Salad

  1. For each serving: Combine 1-1/2 oz.
  2. (45 g) spinach, 3 oz.
  3. (85 g) chicken, 1-1/4 oz.
  4. (35 g) cucumbers, 3/4 oz.
  5. (20 g) mushrooms, 1/3 oz.
  6. (10 g) onions and 1 fl oz (30 g) dressing.
  7. Plate salad; sprinkle with 1 oz.
  8. (30 g) cheese.
