Homemade Chicken & Dumpling Soup

  1. Dice up garlic into a fine texture.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, water, bouillon cube, salt, pepper, chicken, garlic and veggies to crock pot.
  3. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred, place back in crock pot.
  5. Mix all ingredients for dumplings together.
  6. (For thicker dumplings, add more flour)
  7. Remove some broth from crock pot and place in pan on stove.
  8. Bring to a slow boil.
  9. Lump small amounts of dumpling dough into pan, let simmer for 10 minutes.
  10. Place dumplings and broth back into crock pot, mix together.
  11. Add in corn starch if you prefer soup to be on the thicker side.
