Stuffed peppers

  1. preheat oven to 300
  2. Cut tops of peppers off and clean out the inside
  3. Brown the ground beef
  4. Sautee onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil for approx.
  5. 5 min
  6. Bring beef broth and water (half/half) to a boil.
  7. Add minute rice.
  8. Drain rice when cooked.
  9. Add 2 packets of sazon goya and butter/margerine
  10. Add sauteed veggies to browned ground beef.
  11. Mix rice in with ground beef
  12. Stuff each pepper and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each.
  13. Place peppers in deep cake pan with a little water on the bottom of the pan.
  14. Cover with foil.
  15. Cook on 300 F for 1 hour
