Best Rhubarb Cake Recipe

  1. Cream sugars and shortening.
  2. Add in Large eggs.
  3. Mix flour, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Dissolve vinegar and baking soda in lowfat milk.
  5. Add in dry ingredients to sugar mix alternately with lowfat milk mix.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13" pan.
  7. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake @ 350 degrees 40 to 45 min, till toothpick comes out clean.
