Tuna with veggies in parchment paper
- 150 grams tuna (or salmon)
- 1 medium potatoe
- 50 grams asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- Wash the potatoe and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the end on the asparagus and put it in boiling water for 3 minutes then take it out and leave it in cold water.
- Rip a big piece of perchament paper and put the tuna and veggies in a half drizzle the olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the pouch shut and place it in the praheated oven to 200C for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Open pouch and serve.
