Sour Cream Spinach Recipe

• 1 pkg. frzn spinach
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. Parmesan cheese
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1 tbsp. grated onion

1. Cook and thaw spinach with onion in small amount of water.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
