Turkey & Sweet Potato Meatballs

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Ive found that the easiest way to mix this is with my (clean) hands.

  7. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture and roll into into a ball.
  8. Place on an un-greased rimmed baking sheet.
  9. Repeat with remaining mixture, placing balls close together on the baking sheet.
  10. 4.
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs has reached 165 degrees F. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack.
  12. 5.
  13. Let the meatballs rest for about 5 minutes once removed from the oven.
  14. Transfer to a large casserole dish with a lid to keep warm.
