Apple Cherry Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Trim fat from pork chops.
  2. Stir together thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Rub on both sides of pork chops.
  4. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Add in pork chops.
  6. Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 min or possibly till barely pink in center, turning once.
  7. Remove chops from skillet; keep hot.
  8. Add in apple juice, apple slices, green onion and cherries to skillet.
  9. Simmer, uncovered, 2 to 3 min or possibly till apple and onions are tender.
  10. Stir together water and cornstarch.
  11. Stir into mix in skillet.
  12. Cook and stir till boiling.
  13. Spoon over pork chops.
  14. This recipe yields 2 servings.
