Pear and Berry Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Spread frozen berries in a single layer on a paper-towel-lined baking sheet; thaw 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, combine thawed berries, pears, lemon juice, sugar, and flour; toss well.
  4. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with chilled topping.
  6. Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden, about 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool at least 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with frozen yogurt, if desired.
