Almost famous fried pickles

  1. whisk 411, cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup water in larger bowl until smooth.
  2. spread pickles on paper towel and pat dry.
  3. add half of pickles to the batter and toad to coat.
  4. remove from batter using slotted spoon and add to oil one at a time.
  5. fry until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes
  6. remove and drain on paper towels.
