Garden Tomato and Herb Bocconcini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 celery
- 1 zucchini
- 2 garlic
- 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) plum tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 4 cups bocconcini pasta
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 2 chopped onions, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 each chopped carrot, celery stalk and zucchini, in 2 Tbsp.
- olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Stir IN 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) plum tomatoes and 1 tsp.
- each dried basil and oregano.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Cook 4 cups bocconcini pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Toss with sauce.
- Top with 2 Tbsp.
- Kraft Grated Parmesan.
