Garden Tomato and Herb Bocconcini

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 2 chopped onions, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 each chopped carrot, celery stalk and zucchini, in 2 Tbsp.
  3. olive oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir IN 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) plum tomatoes and 1 tsp.
  5. each dried basil and oregano.
  6. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Cook 4 cups bocconcini pasta according to package directions; drain.
  8. Toss with sauce.
  9. Top with 2 Tbsp.
  10. Kraft Grated Parmesan.
