Pasta Bake
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Sausage
- 2 pints Pasta Sauce (your choice)
- 2 cup White Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 box Rigatoni Pasta (1lb box)
- 4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Brown ground beef or sausage.
- Drain grease.
- Boil Rigatoni as directed on box and drain.
- Add onions and peppers to ground beef or sausage and cook on medium-high heat until onions become tender.
- Add sliced mushrooms and continue to cook until mushrooms start to shrink and become tender.
- Add all seasonings and continue to cook, stirring frequently.
- Add pasta sauce and reduce heat to a simmer, cooking 15-20 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to a grease 9x11 dish.
- Add sauce mixture over pasta and stir.
- Top with cheese, covering entire dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350F
- Let stand 10 minutes, serve with toasted garlic bread.
