Scrambled Eggs in Pita Pocket

  1. Add oil to nonstick pan and heat pan over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli; stir-fry briefly.
  3. Pour in egg substitute and scramble until eggs are cooked through.
  4. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  5. Fill pita with egg mixture.
  6. Complete your breakfast with orange juice.
