Apple Yum-Yum
- 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 10 Tbsp. (1-1/4 sticks) butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- Pour pie filling into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Smooth out so it's an even depth.
- Melt butter.
- Add sugar, flour and VELVEETA (a little at a time) until melted and mixed.
- Pour the VELVEETA mixture over the apple pie filling and spread it as evenly as you can.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Note: Good as a side dish with ham (or other meat), or as a VERY rich dessert.
