Orange-Glazed Pork Chops

  1. In skillet coated with vegetable spray, brown chops on both sides.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. While chops are browning, mix together orange juice, brown sugar, marmalade and vinegar.
  4. Pour over chops.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 to 50 minutes till tender.
  6. Place chops on plates and spoon sauce over meat.
