Mustard Sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons dried mustard
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 12 cup distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter, add when finished
- Combine all ingredients except butter.
- Cook over medium - low heat until thick, about 15 minutes.
- Stirring constantly.
- When thickened, remove from heat and add butter.
- Stir till melted and serve.
