Southwestern Salsa and Spicy Corn Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine salsa, cilantro, scallion, and Southwestern marinade mix.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Working in batches, pour a single layer of chips on baking sheet.
  5. Very lightly coat with vegetable oil spray.
  6. Lightly sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes.
  8. Repeat until all chips are seasoned.
  9. Serve chips on a large platter with a bowl of the Southwestern Salsa.
