Grilled Rosemary-BBQ Beef Roast

  1. Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
  2. Close lid; heat grill to 350F.
  3. Mix mustard, seasonings and garlic.
  4. Spread over meat.
  5. Place meat on grate over unlit area; cover.
  6. Grill 2 hours or until medium doneness (160F), monitoring for consistent grill temperature and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last 20 min.
  7. Remove meat from grill.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. before cutting into thin slices to serve.
