Grilled Rosemary-BBQ Beef Roast
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 beef sirloin tip roast (2-1/2 lb.)
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
- Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
- Close lid; heat grill to 350F.
- Mix mustard, seasonings and garlic.
- Spread over meat.
- Place meat on grate over unlit area; cover.
- Grill 2 hours or until medium doneness (160F), monitoring for consistent grill temperature and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last 20 min.
- Remove meat from grill.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting into thin slices to serve.
