Chia Pudding
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Agave
- Put chia and plant-based milk into a bowl and mix well.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Add agave slowly and stir to avoid clumps of chia seeds.
- Let sit.
- Occasionally stir until the consistency becomes thick and the chia seeds are floating around evenly.
- Cover with saran wrap and place in fridge.
- Spoon serve, top with berries (optional), and enjoy!
