Smoked Salmon Flatbreads

  1. Arrange tomatoes in single layer on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 18 to 20 min.
  4. or until softened and lightly charred.
  5. Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup roasted tomatoes, 1.5 oz.
  6. salmon, 1/2 cup arugula and 1 egg.
  7. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  8. dressing.
