Smoked Salmon Flatbreads
- 2 qt. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 16 each flatbreads (8-inch), warmed
- smoked salmon
- 2 qt. arugula
- 16 each eggs, fried sunny side-up
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Farmhouse Ranch Dressing
- Arrange tomatoes in single layer on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 18 to 20 min.
- or until softened and lightly charred.
- Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup roasted tomatoes, 1.5 oz.
- salmon, 1/2 cup arugula and 1 egg.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing.
