Central Market's Tootie Fruity Cosmos Strawberry Salad

• 1 head cosmos lettuce, chopped
• 12 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 12 cup pecans, honey toasted
• 4 -6 sliced strawberries
• choice of fruity vinaigrette dressing
• salt and pepper

1. Toss the lettuce, feta, pecans and strawberries together in a large bowl.
2. Add dressing to your taste
3. Add in other types of fruit to experiment.
4. Amounts can be adjusted to your preference.
