Coffee Cake

• 2 tablespoons butter softened
• 1 1/2 cups apples peeled, chopped
• 1 can biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 13 cup brown sugar firmly packed
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 13 cup corn syrup, light
• 1 1/2 teaspoons whiskey if desired
• 1 each eggs
• 1/2 cup pecan halves
• 13 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon milk

1. Combine cake ingredients to form batter.
2. Once batter is created, pour into pan and bake in a preheated oven until done, about 40 minutes.
3. Combine glaze ingredients and glaze cake (that should be cooled).
