Shrimp Pie Recipe

• 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 bunch fresh scallions, minced
• 4 tbsp. fresh minced parsley

1. Generously butter 8 x 10 inch casserole and line bottom and sides with pastry dough.
2. In 1 stick of butter saute/fry:

mushrooms, fresh scallions, parsley
